Travelers should take care of all the documents related to the travelling. We will not be responsible if you or any person on your booking is denied boarding, deported or charged a fine due to non-compliance with the airline or other governmental rules and regulations. It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet the passport, visa and health requirements of the countries you are travelling to including countries travelled through for stop over purposes only.
Rules for Check-in- The ideal time for check-in to international flight is 3 hours while for the domestic it is 2 hours. You must use the whole itinerary as it is set up. If you have 3 stopovers follow the entire procedure because missing even a single part of the itinerary might invalidate the rest of the ticket. As we have no control over the allocation of the seats, we would request you to check-in early so as to take a seat of your choice.
Your confirmation email is only a proof of your reservation or bookings. With an exception of flights bookings in low cost airlines, you will otherwise receive your e-ticket in a separate mail. If you have booked your tickets with a low=cost airline, your confirmation mail will be your e-ticket.
You can take your e-ticket to the check-in counter of the respective airline within the applicable timeframe. You can also check-in online from the official website of the relevant airline. Some airlines require you to reconfirm your return Flight booking at least 72 hours before travel. Failure to reconfirm your flight booking directly with the airline may result in cancellation. It is your responsibility to reconfirm your departing and/or return Flight directly with the airline, if this is required by the airline. Please ensure that you familiarize yourself with the airline’s policy on reconfirming flights.
The baggage allowance policies vary from airlines to airlines. However we strongly recommend that you enquire about the airline`s policy before taking your flight to avoid the last minute trouble. Also it may be possible that the airport you arrive at or the airport from which you have to transit might be different. Therefore make all the arrangements prior leaving.
If due to any reason, you fail to show up for your flight, miss it, don`t use your ticket, any requests for refunds or amendments will be subject to the airline`s Fare Rules. Part of your ticket such as departure taxes or other charges might be deducted from the total cost. Also we will initiate the refund on the same card from which the booking was initially made.
